We live in a 5 bed rooms and 5 bathrooms house in Nugegoda, Colombo. 5 minutes drive to shopping complex and two minutes walking for grocery shopping.
Upon entering the home you will enter a large foyer with a grand curved stairway. Main floor living room has a concrete cast fireplace, main floor den and formal dining room. Kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of counter space and cabinetry. Off the kitchen you will walk out onto a large covered balcony overlooking the property with views of the mountains to the west. Lower level a walk-out and is fully developed with a large recreation room and two extra bedrooms. This is ideal for a family vacation. Easy access to the City.

Situated in Colombo metropolitan area. 1 km from Nugegoda bus stand. Access to all necessities. Walking distance for restaurants and bus stand.
Lots of shopping complexes near by. Closer to Sri Lanka parliament and famous Naga Viharaya and Kotte RaJa Maha Viharaya.

The stay at Nandasiri's house was fantastic. He was very friendly and was ready to provide all what was needed. I loved his cat too. Even though the house is away from the main road, it is a small price to pay for the great hospitality.

I give 1 heart for a beautiful house and friendly family. However, we did not enjoy our stay for the following reasons:
- The door did not have lock
- TV was not working
- Room and Bathroom was not clean thoroughly
- No night table at one side of bed. Had to put mt cell phone on the floor
- Garbage bin in the kitchen full of wastes.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
