This is my home living with my wife in the ground floor and the upper floor with two Bed rooms, Common wash room, Lobby, Pantry and Balcony. Fully furnished, One Bed room Air conditioned, other bed room and rest of the apartment fitted with ceiling fans. Pantry, equipped with a Refrigerator, four burner cooker with Oven, Microwave oven, Rice cooker. Washing machine placed in the Pantry area, have no obstacle for cooking. LED TV and a Blue ray CD player placed in the Lobby, Separate access from out side and can make use of this at any time of the day. Very quiet location and high tranquility forty five minutes drive to Colombo city. Five minute drive to the picturesque sandy beach, Super Markets, Hospitals, Banks etc. in the close vicinity.

About the Area
Area is 26 Km from the city of Colombo. One and a half hour drive from the Air Port, A cool and comfortable area.
Neighbourhood is excellent, No interference from them. Highly tranquilized area, but closer to Colombo city. People of the area is very friendly and cooperative., Panadura Western Province, 12500

House Rules
Only the specified guests who are non drug addicts are allowed to occupy, Guests are bound to comply the existing laws of the Country. Violation of the Sri Lankan law will be at the risk of the guest. The main guest will be responsible for the fixtures, fittings and Electrical equipments and cost of any loss or damages should be borne by the particular guest prior to checking out from the apartment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
