This home is located in a quit residential area 25 Km from Colombo city. Room charge is Rs.1200/= (for locals including meals) per day for a person.
For foreigners price varies from 15USD per night. Three or four persons will occupy a room. A light break first is included in the room price. 24 Hr checking in and checking out available.
All beds are provided with mosquito nets. Free WiFi available. Myself, my wife, child and an aid lives in this home. We will be available full time to look after your needs.
Easy access to Mt. Lavinia. A tuk-tuk ride from our home to Mt. Lavinia beach would cost you only Rs. 500/= We love tuk-tuks here in Sri Lanka. A fun way to get around. In Mt. Lavinia you can find access to various dining and relaxing options. It's a quiet area easily reached from busy downtown and having the charming Mount-Lavinia beach with pubs and restaurants accessible in 15 minutes by three-wheel is a great bonus. Great local food available on the nearby streets until 10PM.

Meals could be arranged at an extra cost. Several menus available to choose from. Bear would be available. No liquor.
Extra charges for meals are as follows: (payable directly to your host on arrival):
Lunch: 5.00 USD per person per day.
Dinner: 5.00 USD per person per day.
Evening dinner would be arranged in an open area. You can twist to the background music and enjoy, and many more would be available to please you.
We can arrange you A/C or non A/C vehicles to travel to any destination in Sri Lanka from our home within a short notice.
Air port drops available from Rs.5000/= up.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
