Ours is a 6 Bedroomed colonial type House, situated 15 kms from the Capital city, Colombo and 2 kms from the very famous Mount Lavina beach, which is a very popular tourist destination. We are in the city center, just a 100 meters from the Main Southern Road, namely, Galle Road.
We have several places of common entertainment, a Garden, a Rooftop, and a large Sitting Room.
A public Park with a walkway is available for the use of our Guests.
My wife is a good cook and thus the Guests could be assured of tasty meals.
My wife and myself live in the House and my children, who live close by are frequent visitors to our House. The guests could enjoy the Company of my 4 children and their wives and children too.

About the Area
Almost in the centre of the Main Ratmalana junction, which is known as the Maliban Junction (named after the famous Maliban Biscuit Factory. Road starting from the main Southern Road, Galle Road, from Cargills Food City, Ratmalana Branch is known as First Lane. We are just 70 meters from Galle Road.
15 kms from the capital city of Colombo and 40 kms from the Katunayake International Airport.

House Rules
Please do not entertain outsiders not well known to the Guests.
Please keep noise level as low as possible after midnight.
Gates bare generally kept locked after 10 pm. However, if a Guests wishes to enter the House after 10 pm the Host should be informed of same in advance.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
