ECO Treats Homestay Apartment in Colombo Sri Lanka is Architecturally designed apartment with star class facilities, luxury, comfort, privacy, safety and the security within the love and the care of a Sri Lankan family.
We respect all humans irrespective to their differences. Our large and spacious two storied house is at a very quiet place with nature. Homestay apartment is located in first floor with a very attractive design, look and feel with all modern facilities and equipments as a services apartment.
You have the opportunity to enjoy the ground floor garden with a small waterfall, fish tank and lots of plants and trees.
If you are a businessman or a professional we will offer mini board room facility and English/Sinhala and Tamil medium business support services at a highly discounted price.
We have several vehicles so we will provide you free or low cost transport facilities to travel any other destinations. We have a very good network of ECO tourism destinations in Sri Lanka to arrange for you.

We can provide our jeep, car, three wheel, motor bicycle or push bicycle for you as and when you want it

Our Homestay Apartment is located Sri Jayawardanapura Capital City of Sri Lanka. Kotte is one of the ancient cities in Sri Lanka with the time of the ancient Kings ruling time. Total distance from our Homestay Apartment to Bandaranaike International Colombo Airport (CMB) is 32.33 kms. 3Kms to Nugegoda railway station. Within 3-10 Kms all types of national and international food chain outlets, jogging parks, natural beaches, supermarkets, art galleries, recreation places and historic locations.

We have a simple Apartment mannual with all instructions and guide for you to operate the apartment and its equipments. We will update those in our website https://www.ecotreat.lk/manual/ and all house rules can be viewed https://www.ecotreat.lk/house-rules/
Please make sure to use all equipments and facilities to enjoy your stay with care and concern
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
If you need any help on adjustments in equipment settings you can call me or our family members at any time. We are there to help you as and when need it
Feel free to use the modern kitchen but please clean up after you use. Or else we can offer the service for clearing at a very small cost
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
