I den vackra Klangberget har vi nu ett litet vackert modernt nytt hus för uthyrning. Huset ligger på Stenbacksvägen som nära centrum och Sandbacka, bara 5 minuter till Högbo eller Göransson arena och 25 minuter till Kungsberget med bil.

About the Area
The guest house locates 2 minutes from Sandviken (160km north of Stockholm Arlanda Airport) town centre, 5 minutes to fantastic Högbo park by car and 20 minutes to Kungsberget ski resort. The neighborhood is very friendly & quite and walking distance to some good restaurants, library, small boutiques and supermarkets. It takes about 20 minutes to Gävel by car and it takes about 2 hours to Stockholm by train.

Sorry, we do not allow pets inside the house or on the property under any circumstances.
No Smoking
In accordance with Swedish Law there is a no smoking policy in force at Great Stay Guest House.
Smoking in the garden is NOT acceptable either.
There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the house you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any monies paid, this is non-negotiable.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
