Im nurse student from Karolinska Institute and i live many years in Sweden I do speak spanish, english and Italian, i have a internet company and a online radio . I'm very active in cultural activities from Bolivia, i do like to travel a lot too. About the Area
"Mi Casa es tu Casa" The Big Room" The room is in a big departament, 4 sleeping room, a living room and kitchen to share, in a new and cousy flat, with all things you need to Cook, wash your cloths, strike and internet in each room. Balcony. We are 2 students living too here, you can do parties or be late, but until 23.00 we keep calm and quite but you can continue in your room. We help you in what you need for that.
My room is big and you can have a comford you seek. It is very cheap too, For the price in the calm area of Stockholm 20 min of Stockholm Central Station.
The room and the area living room and kitchen to share, the apartament has 2 bathrooms and shower.

The area is very New almost 4 years and the house is 3 years old it is New Departament. It is very calm area and peacefull place to be in. It is very good for families.
Bus, Metro and Taxi everything works in this area Fruängen it is typical Swedish bohemic side the south of Stockholm.
We are 2 students living but We are not all the time the Departament has 4 sleeping rooms.

Reynaldo es un excelente anfitrión, de lo más atento, me ayudó en todo! El departamento es hermoso y con todas las comodidades posibles. El acceso al centro es sencillo y el barrio es bonito y tranquilo. Recomiendo esta opción para alojarse en Estocolmo!

Reynaldo and his family are very nice. They are very kind and helpful. The flat is near the train station. And you only need 20 minutes to go to the center of Stockholm. If you want to have a nice, you must choose Reynaldo's place.

Our stay with Reynaldo was great! He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was very helpful, but also gave us the space we needed to rest after our long flight.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
