We are a family of three, we like the opera, dancing, aerobics, traveling, swimming and shopping. We love to share with friends the fondue in winter and the barbecue in summer, without forgetting the cultural exchanges ......
The house is located in a residential area, close to the highway, Center of Lausanne, EPFL, UNIL, Shopping Mall Coop and Migros, easy access by foot, public transportation or car.
The room is about 24 m2, with a queen bed (160 x 200) , with two big windows where you can enjoy the sun every morning, private bathroom, for 1 person or a couple, free breakfast, wifi, parking space, welcome bottle of water and shampoo.
You can enjoy the common area, (Garden and living room....).

About the Area
Our house is located on the West North-West side of the city in a quiet and safe area. We are 3 miles from Lausanne and 50 min. drive from the Geneva Airport. The bus station is only 2 min. walk from the house.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Check-in: from 15:00 hours (before CHF 50 will be charged)
Check-out: until 11:00 hours (after CHF 50 will be charged)
A copy of your passport and Credit Card is required at your arrival.
The breakfast will be served From 07:00 until 09:30 am.(special request prior
reservation to your arrival with additional charge)
If you arrive before 8 pm you can have dinner for additional price (CHF 18) with prior reservation.
If you need extra line’s or towels, CHF10 will be charged.
The room is not able for people with reduced mobility
The entire house is 100% non-smoking, (if you decide to smoke CHF 100 will be charged for cleaning fee).
To eat, to cook is not allowed in the room
Pets are not allowed
Is only for adults
The full payment must be done before your arrival, right after, you have received the confirmation stay, otherwise, the dates of your reservation will not be blocked.

The arrival was by night and someone waiting for me. The studio look brandi New, very bright and clean. It was warm and well lighted. The woman explain me everything and details about the studio and I start my stay. Very nice place very quiet and the bed very comfortable. If I go black to Lausanne I'd like to hire this flat.

To stay with Kelly and her family was very nice; I felt like being part of the family, the dinner was great and my French increased quite a bit in those two weeks. Thanks a lot for everything and hope to see you soon. Maro

A beautiful family and a lovely home. I was treated more like a friend than a guest. No question was too hard and more often than not I didn't even have to ask to get assistance. I was sorry to have to leave and wouldn't hesitate to go back and I will particularly miss Kellie's cooking.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
