Hey, I am a frequent traveler and most of my trips, I stay with local families which made my trip really special! It is the reason that I want to rent my spare room for guests who want to discover Geneva and have some local guide :)
I live in this modern 2-bedroom flat, the room is for 2 max occupations (1 double bed + 1 mattress, or the living room). 5 minutes’ walk to the tram station, 10 minutes by car from GVA airport, 20 minutes from Geneva train station, I can pick up guests at the train station or airport if the time is suitable (not during the peak-hours), and show guests around with some advice on local stuff.
The flat has a well-equipped modern kitchen, oven, espresso machine (capsules offered). Highspeed Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix and international channels.
Guests can early check-in (from 9am) or very late checkout if you need to stay longer and if the room is available.
I can communicate with guests in English, French, German, Spanish.

About the Area
My flat has 2 rooms, one room is currently free for rent, with 1 double bed, can host up to 2 guests.
I live alone here and the flat is quite nice, modern, bright with a small balcony, quiet zone. 5 minutes walk to the bus station (which leads to the train station Geneva 20 minutes), and about 5 minutes by car to Geneva airport. I can pickup and leave guests at the airport or train station if I am available, free of charge and many local advises :)

House Rules
No party, no bring other guests home, don't make noise between 9pm to 7am as it's a very quiet quartier.
The kitchen can be used for simple cook/sandwich, not complex diner or so. No smoking allowed! 2 coffee capsules are available per day included.

My stay with Zu was an unforgettable experience. 'Great' doesn't do justice to how amazing he truly is. From the moment I arrived at the airport, he welcomed me with open arms and provided exceptional support throughout my entire stay. He is incredibly kind, helpful, and intelligent, and I could write a thousand words about his wonderful qualities. His house is spotless, well-organized, peaceful, and comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. I am truly grateful for all the support Zu has given me, from his warm welcome to his kind farewell at the airport. Thank you, Zu, for making my experience more than great.

My host was always very aware of everything, he helped me at all times. His apartment was immaculate and very comfortable, it was equipped with everything you could need. Zu was very kind and exceeded my expectations, I think I also now have a new friend.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
