This is Mr & Mrs. Dennis Witalla Family, Our Family Lives in a two bed room house in Tanzania,with our 3years child, our home is 10 minutes to town by bus, we are living atKijenge AICC quarters, I have ever hosted some Volunteers from Project Abroad in our Family House in town, Hence I know how to handle volunteers, I welcome you to our small house here at Kijenge to know our Tanzanian culture and know they way we live.
We have Large Dining room and sitting room and shared big bathroom with water and
electricity. Also with a garden outside.

About the Area
Location & Direction:
Our House is located at Kijenge, AICC quarters ground. 50 km from the Airport and one hour drive to my
home.
The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options. When you reach
the airport at KIA, Take a shuttle to impala hotel. When you reach impala hotel my home is 8 minutes
walk from Impala hotel, or you can take a taxi 5 min drive home.

House Rules
1. will not allow my Guest to drive any motor vehicle including my family or business vehicle.
2. The Guest must pay for any damage that he or she causes to the property of any Homestay
3. Drinking of alcohol is not allowed in the house.
4. Fees will be paid the first Monday of each month in cash or via national bank transfer.
5. If the Guest back home in the middle of the month the payment will be calculated accordingly.
6. Illicit drugs or other illegal items in the home is not allowed

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
