I was born and living in central Bangkok. I'm really enjoy to travel in many places. i had been to China, Korea, Japan, Laos, Burma, Vietnam, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, UK, Oman, n some small country in EU and i felt in love with going out and explore new place. Also In Bangkok! there are a bunch of nice place waiting you guys to explore. Believe me those sightseeing , local cultural, food and living here are all amazing !!

The bed rooms is on the second floor. Our beds room separate with bathroom. The house provide 4.5 bathroom for the hold house share. For the first floor you will get share space area with everything you need for a comfort stay which is living room, kitchen, out door garden and bathroom.
+Morning with free breakfast: Coffee, tea, drinking water, toast, some snack or fruits.

Our family ,sometime we go out for relax, fresh seafood, hangout, club, countryside, you can join with us if you'd like to. So, we lastly base on Bangkok , and we traveling and work a lot. We love to share our house with you, and take care of you like one member of our family.
Note:In some part of our house are renovating for you convenience.
In my profile you can see listings in my own house (modest Thai style) and a nice house, me, my father and my brother taking care of.
My father is Pharmacy,and Thai Traditional Doctor. According to our decorate the house in Thai Lanna style and Thai herb, it fell like worm welcome to our Thai home.
Our house is in the modern city center walking distance from BTS - krungthonburi station (exit 4) or Saphan Taksin (Exit 1)
I do excises, yoga, cook Thai food and love fruits and smoothies. i like to spend some time at local fresh markets, find fresh ingredient. I interested and love to share knowledge of Ayuravate alternative health care, Thai traditional massage and organic herb if you like to hear from us. At night activities we had movie show time, some BBQ or seafood party or noting just deep sleep and relaxing massage.
I love to make new friends, I open my house to show you how colorful , enjoyable and relax of the Bangkok city. Please come to visit and stay with us, i love to see you guy ! ;)

About the Area
Easy to get transports to Temple, Old town, Chao Phraya River, night markets, weekend market, night life, China town and shopping district by BTS , Taxi and River boat service.
our house is well connected with BTS (sky train), River boat service at central station (every flag boat), By car near to expressway.
Saphan Taksin (s6) BTS station (Exit 1) is 10 mins walk away.
Krung Thin Buri (s7) BTS station (Exit 4) is 9 mins walk away.
River boat service at Central Pier (Sathorn-Taksin Pier) is 10 mins walk away.
You can also get a tuk-tuk or a taxi or motorbike taxi up the road. Some well known areas of Bangkok are within walking distance.
Well-placed is a good for shopping, sightseeing area of Bangkok city, and the end of the day it is a quite place to come back home to relax and sleep. We provides a most conducive spot for you to take a break from your busy days.
The house is locate in city center: just 19 minutes to Siam by bts, and it normally takes about 46 minutes to reach the airport, 19 mins by Taxi to Khao Sarn road or 20 mins by boat that is cost less than 20฿! With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations.

1. Check-in time and Check-out time is 12 pm
2. Passport is required upon arrival.
3. Room cleaning time is 12 pm to 2 pm. LATE ARRIVAL No worries! We open 24/7. You can come anytime JUST! INFORM US BY EMAIL OR CALL 1 DA EARLY.
8. Luggage storage is available for FREE even before check-in and after check-out.
9. Even before 2 pm you can use all hostel facilities except guest rooms.
10.After 21.00pm. - 6.00pm please keep our voice down to make sure you care our naibourhood.
11.Do not smoke inside the room or house but we provide smoke area at the garben.
12.Other people are not allowed in the room, only hostel guests.
13.Do not have food,alcohol drink,any soft drink in the room except in the kitchen.
14.Pet have to advance booked and and had confirm by owner before coming. We allow pet to stay in privet room and the owner have to take care and clean their own west. For dormitory room we not allow pet stay in any dormitory, the owner have their own pet sleeping bag and leve it where we provied for overnight. The owner have the maner to control them pets and responsibillitiy for the pet such as them noice, and waste.

I chose Homestay instead of a "normal" hotel since I was traveling alone for the first time in Thailand. I stayed for 6 nights at Gift's house.
The house is in a quite convenient location within walking distance from the BTS and with restaurants and shops nearby.
The room was clean but pretty basic and definitely the windows deserve an upgrade to improve acoustic insulation. The bed was comfortable and air-con very effective!
Gift was very alwasy a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host.
She did definitely more than she had to, to make my stay pleasant and really made the difference!
I felt like part of the family.

Booked for a few nights and in the end, I felt fulfilled so happy so can't wait to come back here again. Gift is more than helpful; she is also a beautiful and highly intelligent girl.
The place is big, very pleasant, peaceful, clean and neat. The location is close to both BTS by foot and ferry to other wonderful sightseeing places. There is a nice park a few minutes away where there are many gym equipments, basketball court, soccer field, badmington, pingpong, and many other fun activities.Tip: When you first see Gift, please greet her: "Sawadee krap con suay". Her face will glow and eyes sparkle and your experience will be enhanced.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
