We live in an upcountry lifestyle in the heart of Bangkok. Come experience the land that is full of garden and trees. Very quiet at night yet conveniently located very close to the BTS station. Wake up with the birds singing in the morning, watching the squirrels.
This house is the guesthouse that is an independent unit. My home is next door and the vegetable is at my house. If you come during winter or summer, you can eat and relax in the garden. It's really breezy.
For the booking I need 2 days in advance notice and you can pay cash in THB upon arrival. In case of cancellation it would be great if you could let me know 2 weeks in advance.

About the Area
Our neighborhood is all about locals. This part of the city used to be garden and farming 50 years ago. Right now it’s the place to serve the city such as condos for people who’s working in Silom and Sathorn, Jewelry factory for Jewelry shop in Silom. So, the food is still cheap, the rent is low. There’s pop up market every Wednesday and Saturday and it’s fun to explore.
Street food stall at night is famous in nearby neighborhood area mostly 10 minutes walk. Or if you need a more stylish restaurant you can go to department store nearby, about 15 minutes walk.
The location is conveniently located, only 5 minutes walk to BTS Pho Nimit (S9) which can take you to these destinations:
- 10 minutes to BTS Saphan Taksin and you can take a boat to The grand Palace, Temple of dawn, massage at Wat Pho, flowers market, iconsiam, Asiatique, etc.
- 20 minutes to Silom
- 30 minutes to Siam
- 45 minutes to JJ weekend market.
- 15 minutes walk to BRT station
- 15 minutes walk to Wong Wien Yai train station (local south line to Samutsakorn.

This was the perfect homestay. It is beautifully situated in an area with lots of plants and close to a canal. There's almost always a bit of a breeze coming through, which feels amazing on really hot days.
The room is in a separate unit and has its own bathroom. There's access to a washing machine and dryer, and there's unlimited amounts of filtered drinking water.
It's incredibly close to the BTS, making it convenient to get around.
Sani and her mother are lovely, and I enjoyed chatting with them over breakfast on days where they were not busy with other things.
I highly recommend staying with them.

The room was fantastic, lots of space and excellent air conditioning. Sani is extremely welcoming and an excellent cook. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, next time I'm in Bangkok.

Nos séjours sont très bien passés et nous apprécions beaucoup la gentillesse de la part Sani et sa mère. Chez elle il y a un très grand potagé et sa mère vous explique le bien être de tous les légumes. Tous les matins Sani nous prépare le petit déjeuné avec ses légumes. Et nous dormons très bien et il est très calme chez elle. Il est très pratique pour visiter, manger et faire les shoppings. Si vous avez besoin un service et c'est avec un grand plaisir qu'elle vous rendra le service.
Je vous conseille de séjourner chez elle, car vous ne serez pas déçu par l'accueil.September 2022
I am very happy with my homestay here.
The hospitality of my host Sani and Sani's mother was excellent. They live a very organic life. They are very good cooks. Sani's breakfast was the best I had on my trip.Sani is fluent in English and we had the opportunity to learn about each other's culture through cooking.
The guesthouse is located very close to BTS Pho Nimit station, so transportation access was very convenient. The surrounding area is safe and very secure.The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were stylishly furnished and equipped with more necessary amenities.The garden of the guesthouse is well maintained and you can wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning.
Staying at this guesthouse, you can enjoy a nice organic lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. I highly recommend it.

Sani and her mother were thoughtful and helpful. Also, it was fun to talk with them. Breakfast is various and delicious. And I loved the very clean room in the very nice place. I definitely recommend.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
