I had a super good time with Am and Tip, they are totally lovely and I felt very welcome in their house and with them. It was good for arriving at Bangkok to have this cozy homestay where I felt like home. Thank you for all your energy and kindness!

My mother and I had a wonderful time with Am and Tip. They are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
We had a big room and our own bathroom at their house.
I especially liked Tip's Thai massage and the traditional herbal tea.

The experience was much better than in the hotel we stayed at before and if I ever go to Bangkok again I would prefer to live with them again.
Thank you for everything Am and Tip!

Had a lovely stay with Tip and Am. They are such lovely people and very accommodating. As it was my first time really travelling solo it was nice to feel like I had a home away from home.
Loved being showed the local areas of where to eat and had an awesome thai massage and herbal steam session.
    Highly recommend staying here :)

Kind hosts, cute family, and cozy room. This was my first time to try Homestay and Thailand but I could do everything smoothly with lots of fun because of them. The choice I had was the best. I really want to visit them again.

I would even give more than 5 star if that would be possible. We had a fantastic stay at Tanisara's home. Her house was very clean, provided fresh bananas from their garden and even collected us from the airport.
We are highly recommend to stay with them if you want to experience the real Thai culture.
    Thank you for everything!

Amazing hosts! Caring and thoughtful. This was my first experience with Homestay.com and I chose these hosts based on other reviews and my experience echo what others wrote. Tip and Am are wonderful people and I'm grateful to have met them and had time with them in their home. They are hosts motivated by a desire to share about Thai culture and life and I feel fortunate to have had this opportunity to spend time with them. I arrived at their house a stranger and left as a friend. Khap Khun Ka!

I had the best time staying at Am & Tip's place, my only problem was that I wished I could've stayed longer!
From the moment they met me at the airport I felt so welcome, and their help with planning my trip with me was so useful - they helped me to see everything even though I was only there for a few days, by recommending the best things to do, to even taking me to the floating market on my last day. They gave me a phone so i can contact them if I have any problems, which was really great to allow me to feel totally at ease when I went off exploring Bangkok on my own. I had so much fun, got to try some great food despite having a lot of allergies, that they accomodated without a problem which I really appreciated, and on my last night got to experience Tip's herbal steam which was super relaxing. I was also very lucky as they upgraded me to the bigger room as it was available, which was very generous. I will definitely be coming back to Bangkok for longer in the future, and there is nowhere I'd rather stay than here!!

We had an amazing time in Bangkok with Em and Tip!
    They are so lovely!
We couldn't have found a better place to stay,
nice house, surrounded by a large, tropical garden,
the room was cozy, spacious and clean.
They took very well care of us, they picked us up at the airport, they provided us a cell phone to be able to keep in touch, took us by their car to the train for a trip to the railway market, went with us to a nearby floating market.

    Perfect Homestay!
    Thanks Em and Tip!

    We will come again!

What a gift to meet these two gentle spirits and share their home space for a quick three day visit to Bangkok. I was greeted by Em and Tip's smiling faces outside immigration where they held up my picture on their ipad to find me, and we hugged like we knew one another already! They graciously shared their home, their volunteer and work environments, their family and Freddie the adorable dog, their sweet energetic nephew, and catered to my interests when applicable. Their home and my room was lovely, clean, spacious and airy. I was pleasantly surprised that they 'upgraded' me to the larger room since it was available and it has air conditioning, but I didn't use it because the fan and screen doors were perfect to feel the night breeze. I ate dinner with them and breakfast, and sipped lemongrass tea, which was all delicious. We shared stories; we swapped energy healing and thai massage with Tip which was fabulous; they took me to meet my friend at the train station, then picked me up when I returned that night; they provided me with a cell phone so I could keep in touch with them which was smart and very helpful, plus gave me a peace of mind; they shared their community center with me and I was overjoyed at the space, mindfulness, creativity, and beauty there, plus delicious food. I only have wonderful things to write about my first Homestay.com experience, and I feel our paths will cross again in the future. They were like my temporary sister's while in Bangkok and I appreciate all they did while I stayed in their home. A wonderful experience. I look forward to our continued friendship on a global scale. Much peace, love and light~ Beth

Read other reviews for Am and Tip's Homestay, they are all true. It sounds silly but Am's mum, Am and Tip made us feel part of their family, and they looked after us as though we were. Transporting us etc. A perfect Homestay experience. It was so rewarding to learn about Tanisara's ballet origins and dance instruction, and Tip's accounting, media for National Parks, and farming, and of course both their separate work in Bhutan. Pontip's massage so caringly wonderful. Clients we started, friends we left.
