Large family country home and tropical garden 15 minutes from town and airport in gated community with pool, tennis and restaurant. Private bathroom with hot water and shower. Large enclosed garden with patios. View of countryside and mountains. Teak furniture with kingsize bed, desk, side table and closet. Private entry. Free Wifi. 2 bikes are available during stay. There is another smaller bedroom and bath available adjoining with a single bed, dresser and side table with its own private entry and access to the garden

Travel to town can be arranged by taxi, but we travel to town everyday so you can share a ride.

About the Area
Our home is located in a gated community 15 minutes from Chiangmai. Taxis are available although we travel to town quite often in our family car and you are welcome to join us. We can arrange packaged or private tours to the many exciting places of interest here in northern Thailand. It is very quite, safe and friendly in our community with lots of easy walks or bike rides. Prepared food is available for delivery or eat out.

Feel free to use modern, western style kitchen. Maid service and laundry service twice weekly. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please. Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over just okay it with me in advance.

HomeSweetHome was by far the best accommodation on my trip. Mark and MaeNai are the friendliest people. Their garden is a piece of heaven. The garden room is cosy and clean. There is sometimes music from the nearby temple in the evening, but it stops well before 10 pm. Apart from this, the area is absolutely quiet. The area is also very safe.

My stay with Mark was phantastic. I truely found a home away from home. Mark and his wife MaeNai are very friendly. They organized daytrips for me and made me feel very welcome. The room is cosy, perfectly clean and quiet. The house is located in a gated community that is tranquil and absolutely safe.

Mark and Maenai were such welcoming hosts. Their home is beautiful and very clean. The room had a private bath and a separate entrance (although we didn't use it). The bed was very comfortable. We received a ride into town with them a couple of mornings and Maenai's son acted as our tour guide and driver several days. They were knowledgable about local history and customs and even found us an elephant sanctuary to visit. I would highly recommend them as hosts.

Si vous passez par Chiang mai n' hésitez pas à aller chez Marc. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour. Lui et sa femme thaï, sont très gentils et très accueillants. Leur maison est magnifique, la chambre est parfaite. On a accès a tout le bas de la maison. nous vous recommandons ce lieu et nous y retournerons. Merci a Mark et a sa femme

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
