Our cozy home-stay is about 10 mins. driving to city centre.
Our family has 4 new houses in the area that we're living.
We're 3 people with 2 cute dogs. We're living in an historic settlement and archaeological site. Our area surrounded by trees and greenery. Your stay will also include breakfast.
We also have service for a day trip, cooking class and etc.
We're welcome and love to exchange the culture with you.
Whole house will be yours as long as you stay with us. You can access to the garden, BBQ area. High speed Wifi is free and available in house area.

If you would like to make your special check-in earlier,
please schedule an appointment for your check-in before your arrival.
*Special case of ‘Pick up at the airport’ please inform the time and detail of the fight.
We provide daily pick-up drive service Charged 300 Baht (one way) / 500 Baht (with return) *Please inform us again if you need a pick up at Chiangmai airport or somewhere else. In the morning we have free service to city centre with us at 10:00 am. For arrival at night we only can provide a taxi call for you.

About the Area
Our house is located in Chiangmai-Lumphoon Road.
1. Getting around with us in the morning at 10 am.(Free) or our daily pick-up drive service (Charged)
2. Taxi, to Chiangmai-Lumphoon Road. at Wat Phara non Nhong-Phueng temple.
3. Local public transportation "blue pick-up" and "red pick-up" to city centre (old city area inside the walls and moats) 50-70 Baht
"blue pick-up or Chiangmai-Lumphoon bus" will start at Warorot Market(KAD-LHUANG) - Lumphoon City.
They're arriving in front of Wat Phra non Nhon-phueng Temple.
We can pick you up at the temple.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
-Please safe the electricity "turn off" everytime when you don't use or leaving the house.
-Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
-Please keep the house clean and beautiful by not leaving litter out of the rubbish.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
- Please do not invite strangers into our home: if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.

Absolutely lovely to stay at! Mr. and Mrs. Thai are a lovely couple who are incredibly generous and caring. Every morning they provided a complementary "light" breakfast which was actually a substantial amount of amazing, homemade Thai food. They also helped us greatly by booking tours for every day (all of which were amazing). They treated us like family and I hope the best to them in the future!
However, the two are not super great at English, which was actually something I liked since it made it feel more authentic. The two try really hard to communicate through Google Translate and it all works out in the end.

Absolutly wonderful. The space and grounds were as described. A peaceful place to stay just outside of the main city limits. The breakfasts always nice with coffee and tea. Noi even lent me a bike so I could cruise around town which was only 15 minutes away. I enjoyed my stay with Noi and Thai very much and the dogs were well mannered and deserving of pets. :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
