Our house is a rustic homestay located near Den Chai train station, 4 hours from Chiang Mai. We have 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and living space that can be used as working space or another bedroom.
There are rice fields in front of our house. If you stay here in August, you'll see Thai farmers plant their rice and even could try to plant some rice also. We have our homegrown vegetables and fruit such as mango, banana, jackfruit, chinese apple, coconut, basil, lemon grass and much more. You can use these ingredients to cook you own meal freely, or let us show you how to cook Thai food with these.
We use homegrown vegetables and fruit as well as rainwater to make 100% natural handmade soap that will be given to you in check in date. If you want to try making some soap, you can join us.
In front of the house, we have our Thai noodle shop that open from 11 am to 4 pm (closed every Tuesday). There are local markets around here that you can ride to find some local food and stuff. If you need to buy something more, there are 7-11 (7 km) and Big C supermarket (25 km)
From our place, you can take a mini bus to Phrae city in 40 minutes. If you want to go to Chiang Mai, you can take a train from train station (7 km) or a bus from bus station near our place (6 km) from here you can go to Nan province by bus also.
Our house is very natural and clean atmosphere. We still drink rainwater that you can also taste if you want. We grow our food without using chemical fertilizer or insecticide, and try to make our homemade products that good for our health and environment.
Our WiFi is not so strong as we are located so far from the internet provider. Anyway you could still use it smoothly in the bedroom and in the garden.
Additional Info
We could provide natural soap workshop and Thai cooking workshop also. You could join soap making and get some soap you made when check out :)

House Rules
As this house is also my soap making workshop, I'll be in the kitchen every day around 1 pm - 3 pm. All I need from you is please let me in during that time :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
