The first time I came to Krabi was in 2009. Now, I live here because I felt in love with both Sea and Land side. Today, my goal is to share it with you.
The Neighborhood
The condo is really near all activities and recreation areas.
The nearest restaurants are located only 10 meters away. They serve cheap traditional Thai food.

Getting Around
BY TAXI: 600 Thb/way
Krabi Airport is only 24.3 Km (15.1 miles) away from my place. You can find your own taxi at the airport, it will costs you 600 THB. Ask the driver to stop at:
THE SEA CONDO, Klong Hang Road 203, Ao Nang.
BY PRIVATE CAR: 600 Thb/way
If you prefer I can send you a private car for also 600 Thb/way. In this case, our driver will wait for you on your arrival at Krabi Airport. He will have a sign with your name on it. Please inform us with your arrival time and flight number. On departure, after you check-out, our driver will wait for you at the parking lot. Contact me and I will arrange the booking for you.
BY BUS: 150 Thb/pax
You can take a bus which is located on the airport parking lot. It costs 150 THB per person. Ask the driver to stop at THE SEA CONDO, Klong Hang Road 203, Ao Nang.
MOTORBIKE FOR RENT: 250 Thb per day.
I deliver it for free and will come to pick it up at the end of your stay for free. Our motorbikes are less than 2 years old. The model is Honda Click 125cc automatic gears. Please, remember that in Thailand we drive LEFT. Always keep your helmet on, drive slow and think twice before changing lanes or directions. During the night, you can leave the motorbike in our parking lot, our CCTV will watch it.
THAI FOOD:
Thailand is famous for many things and also for its delicious and tasty food. From street food to luxury restaurants, you can find all kind of food at all prices. My favorite is a Panang Curry, it match all kind of meat but also delicious with shrimps. It can be served spicy or not. To say not spicy in Thai language you need to say “MAI PET“
WHERE TO EAT ?
There are 2 local restaurants within 10 meters next to the condo. One is on the left side before the street. The other one is just across the street. Both are halal traditional and local restaurants. You can eat there for very cheap. At the street, if you turn right and walk/drive, you will find all the way, plenty of street food shops serving amazing Thai dishes.
FINEST RESTAURANTS:
Ao Nang has hundreds of restaurants, all types, all budget, all tastes. If you want to enjoy your dinner with a great sunset view on the bay, may I recommend you to go to The Hilltop restaurant. They have live music band every evening. It is locate 600 meters away from the Condo. They have a free pick up and return service. These are free transfers. Not to far from the Condo, on Nopparat Thara beach, there is another place called Hippies Bar they make all kind of food and have live music band most of the time. At Nopparat Thara pier, I recommend the restaurant called: Krua Thara. I also love the place called Ton Ma Yom. Great food, lovely people.
SHOPPING:
If you are looking for shops, there are 2 shops 20 meters away. At the road, turn left or right and walk 20 meters. The shops are just there. If you are looking for 7/11 shops, Ao Nang has plenty of them, the nearest are 800 meters way from the condo. At the road, turn left and walk/drive 800 meters.
THINGS TO DO:
Most of people come to south Thailand to see paradise beaches and enjoy islands hopping in the area. But Krabi has much more to offer. If you spend just a few days, please don’t miss the Kayaking and Hong Islands Tour. Contact me and I will arrange the booking for you.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
