A small wooden house in a garden next to a small river, comfortably fit two, with one bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, living area, and balcony. it is about 6 Km. east of city center.

Baan Nai Suan means 'house in a garden'. It was built in 2010 near my house in a private property, surrounded by mango trees, vegetable plots and flower beds next to Mae Khao river. It is suitable for travelers who come for business and need a quiet and private place to relax after a long day, writers and other freelancers who are looking for a peaceful working space to finish their projects, as well as those who travel for leisure and would like to stay in a peaceful and private place.
My house is facing Baan Nai Suan. I am available everyday and happy to help with any inquiries you may have. You have access to the garden, patio furniture and a bicycle for free to explore the local temples and community nearby.

About the Area

Our house is located on the east of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 6 Km. from the city center and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. It takes only 2 minutes walk from the house to the main road to get the public white car to the city center. The distance from the house to train station is 3.5 Km. and 3 Km. to Arcade bus station.

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
