I live in a flat with my parents and small younger sister just 150 metres from the beach on the outskirt of a tourist Pattaya-Jomtien area. There is also an outdoor swimming pool in the building.
You will have your own room and a double-bed. Bread, butter, jam, cereals, orange juice, and milk will be provided for your breakfast. The room has a private bathroom, air-conditioner, fridge, microwave, water boiler, and towels.
We are friendly and can give you suggestion and privacy as you need.

About the Area
15-25 minutes by car to Pattaya. Public 'Song-Taew' (small pick up truck) available throughtout the day. Very easy to travel as we are on the main road and very close to the sea.
2-3 mins by walk to a quiet beach
5-10 minutes by walk to the nearest 7/11, Big C mini superstore and local restaurants/cafes (2 mins by car).
8-15 minutes by walk to the nearest Tesco Express and more local restaurants/cafes (3 mins by car).
15-25 minutes by car to Pattaya

Meals

House Rules
No smoking in the room. No wearing shoes in the room (except house-slippers provided by us). No cooking un the room as there is no kitchen in the room (you can heat your meals with a microwave in the room. There are local restaurants/cafes nearby.) Noise level to be down by 22.00 hrs daily. Please clean any utensils after use. Please help keep the room clean for upcoming visitors too. Thank you. :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
