About the Homestay
We are a family of 2, just me and my husband. I am British & my husband is Thai. Our homestay is unique for Phuket and welcomes all kinds of people, from couples to single travellers. Rawai is very popular, attracting students of Muay Thai boxing, or yoga, also those keen to lead a healthy lifestyle. We also have plenty of guests who just want to relax and chill and spend the whole day reading or sitting in the garden. Located at the southern tip of the island, our house is Thai-style with a large garden that I like to potter around in. We are just minutes from the best view points for sunset and 3 beaches, including Rawai, Ya Nui and Nai Harn. I often walk my dog, Panda, to the beach or we walk the hills surrounding Rawai. We offer 3 double aircon rooms, light, airy and tastefully furnished. They are clean, bright and simple. We offer a safe environment & friendly atmosphere along with FREE continental-style breakfast, FREE WiFi, & FREE water. just down the road you can eat at a choice of restaurants, have a massage, pick up a juice and visit the gym.

About the Area
I love the location of my house as it's within reach of 3 beaches, a park, and mountains. I often walk from home down to Nai Harn Beach or up and down a few of the hills for exercise. Within walking distance too are convenience stores , cafes, massage salons and lots of delicious restaurants. Rawai is popular with expats so there is a nice sense of community here but also popular with tourists in the high season because of the surrounding beauty and beaches. We are at the southern-most end of the island on the route of the smartbus that travels between here and the airport.

Please remember that this is a family home, we are not a hotel. On a normal day I am usually around in the mornings for breakfast but my husband will be out at work. We have a calm, quiet space. We also have a cat, Baby Cat, and a dog, Panda, at home. I generally service the room once a week, if you need something extra please let me know.No shoes indoors, please leave them at the door. No bar girls please.

Bev is lovely. Chewy very shy and reserved. We planned 6 weeks. Unfortunately, we had to leave after 4 days due to my husband needing emergency back surgery. We paid full price. It would have been, nice given these circumstances, to have been offered a discount. We will look for other accommodations should we return. Sorry.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
