My home is a four bedroom Balinese style villa located in a private residential estate half way between Chalong and Phuket Town. I stay alone however there are usually people passing through everyday as I work from home.
I am a sailing instructor and I occasionally have students visit me at my house for some theory lessons so there are plenty of new faces and people to meet.
I have three rooms available, two rooms have a double bed and the other room has two single beds. Each room is en-suite with its own private toilet/shower room. I have a large kitchen and lounge room and a nice open courtyard outside.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 6 minute drive from my place. Chalong Pier is about 11 minutes drive as is Phuket Town. I can arrange a rental motorbike if you wish to hire one or I can give you the number for a reputable taxi driver.
The nearest and arguably best beaches are Ao Yon or Nai Harn which are both 15 minutes drive from my place.

About the Area
My place is located in a very quiet and safe residential village. It is surrounded by gardens and trees.
From the airport it takes approximately 1 hour by taxi.
It takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the nearest beaches by car / motorbike.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to get to Chalong Pier by car / motorbike.

Meals

House Rules
Please do not invite strangers into my home unless previously agreed with me.
During the day I am working from home between 8am and 5.30pm so would appreciate no excessively loud noises or drinking around the house during this time.
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy as you found it.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:30pm
Smoking is allowed outside in the courtyard only.
Please enjoy your stay and treat my house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
