We have two cats. Our cats are very sweet.
Old city: 15 min
Istiklal Street: 5 min walk
Easy to access to other touristic areas of Istanbul. You can directly take tram to go to Sultanahmet area where historical things are. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar is 15 min. away by bus or tram. You can also walk from here to those places.
It's also close to Nisantasi, (15 minutes walk) a chic, famous neighborhood for shopping and dining.
It takes 7 min walk to go to the sea coast, Bosphorus and enjoy the nice weather.
IT takes about 7 minutes to walk to Dilmer Language Center.
Istiklal Street is 5 minutes away.
University transportation is easy. Bogazici University, Galatasaray University, Bilgi University, Istanbul Teknik University.
Shopping and transportation is really easy in the neighborhood. Our neighborhood is very central, safe and there are many small shops restaurants and cafes bars. There are exchange offices too. It is a very lively neighborhood but at the same time quiet in our street. It is 5 minutes walk away from Istiklal Street.
There is a mixture of local life and tourists in this neighborhood.
It is a safe place.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathroom. There might be other guests staying in the other rooms. Smokers can enjoy their cigarettes in living room.
The room has 1 double bed, wardrobe, chair, private Jacuzi. It takes sunlight. The key does work in this room. It is safe.
If you'd like to stay more than 2 people, please ask me.
The flat is on the 2rd floor and all rooms and kitchen are sunny. Living room are sea view. There is elevator.
There is a fan in the room, living room and kitchen.
**There is an unlimited wireless internet connection, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances..
**There's 24/7 hot water and heating by natural gas combi.
**Clean sheets, towels and blankets will be provided.
**Tea/Coffee, water is provided. Other than that, you can feel free to use the fridge and kitchen tools to keep and make your own food at any time.
We speak Turkish and English
We can give recommendations about your trip and will be glad to help you with it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
