Hello,
I am alone in my apartment. I only praise girls / women. Why? simply because I am a woman and I would not share my apartment with a foreign man. That's all.
I work. I have a free room available for a student / trainee. There is a kitchen, bathroom, living room at your disposal: common rooms. In your room, there is a comfortable bed 2 places and a simple sofa 2 places. Your room is your space. I will not interfere in your space, your room.
My expectations are mutual respect, respect towards neighbors. I do not tolerate smoking or any other addiction in the apartment or in the balcony.
Voila, if you want to be quiet and you are easy to live, you are welcome. In general, my guests are satisfied with their passages and me too.

About the Area
My home is 40 minutes by bus (2 stops from the new airport). 5 minutes walk from the metro station Mahmutbey. In the area: Altınbaş University, shopping center 212, Medipol Hospital and Hospitadent, İstoç and İkitelli centers

Meals

House Rules
I do not prepare breakfast or meals. But if I am brought to prepare a lunch or a dinner without having to run, of course I will propose you to join me at the meal. It's just to avoid putting pressure on me and you're not expectant of me as I work.
You can serve yourself in the fridge and the kitchen. I'm just waiting for you to replace by a similar amount. In fact, it is a little equal, I just say that to avoid abuse or reduce the risk of potential bulimic or greedy.
I like the calm and I expect the person to be so after that does not mean you do not have to live :) normally.
Any form of cigarette addiction, alcohol, ... is not tolerated. And yes, what do you want? for that, will have to visit other apartments. Here is not the right door.
I expect good behavior from my host in respect of everyone and also my neighborhood because the building is very family friendly.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
