About the Area
Grace home stay is located in Kisugu which is the central part of the capital city of Uganda, Kampala city, in a safe environment, we are 2.7km from the City Center and the bus stops are only 1km walk away from the home. The shared home consists 2 well furnished bedrooms in an urban setting located in the suburbs. The compound has other homes shared within, with a very high fence for security. and friendly people.

Do not cook, or keep food in your room.
Do not leave any wet clothing or towels in your room.
Do not stick anything to the walls. If you wish to hang anything, see your host.
If you need to call your family after this time due to time zone differences, please check if this is ok with your host first.
Always try to keep the noise level at a point where it doesn’t upset other family members or their sleep.
Please do not waste water.
Ask your host family about other ways to save water.
If you make a mess, please clean it up.
Help with tidying up after meals, including washing or drying dishes.
You cannot smoke inside the host’s home. Please ask if you have any problems or questions.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
