About the Area
Conveniently located at just 9 kilometres (20 minutes driving distance) north-east from Kampala city centre, Najjera is a modern and safe residential community for the capital city.
Lying between the central business districts Uganda's two largest urban centres: Kampala and Kira Town, the neighbourhood is a rapidly growing area with upscale housing units and several apartment complexes.

House Rules
• Guests are not allowed to bring any visitor at the premises. Only booked guests are allowed in the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The place is strictly smoke-free and smoking is not permitted in balconies either.
• The place is strictly party-free. Please consider the building is family oriented, so a decent conduct is mandatory. We will not accept any extravagant behaviour or drunk guests. In case of any problem, we will immediately alert Police and stop the reservation with no refund, as per community rules.
• Consumables are supplied just for a welcome startup purpose. The rental service doesn’t include any full supply of consumables, food and drinks for the entire stay.
• Lost/Damaged Door Keys replacement fee is 45,00 USD per each lost or damaged key. For any further information or help, you can just text us anytime through the website chat.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
