It is a perfect place for solo travelers wishing to save money on accommodation either they travel for business or holiday.

This property is located in one the most wanted area for living along Al Khan Lake Lagoon, only 300 m from the famous Jet Ski Rental Beach, walking distance to Al Khan Cornish and on the nearest proximity of what it is called ”The Heart Of Sharjah”, Al Qasba Water Canal, with its 60-metre high Ferris wheel, The Eye of Emirates Wheel. There is a variate of restaurants to choose from. The beautiful architecture with the view of water will make your dinning experience memorable.
You can try a boat or water kart tour or take a trip around the walkways by kart-BYKY.
From there you can walk to Al Majaz Waterfront Park and its Dancing Fountain which is also a popular attraction in Sharjah
You will definitely enjoy the sunny days on the beautiful sandy Al Khan Beach where you can swim in the clear gulf sea water or you can entertain playing the water sports and sand sports.There is terrace with soft drinks and snacks. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided on a small cost

Sharjah is famous for its variety of discounts and gifts shops, with very cheap prices, where you can buy all type of souvenirs for your family and close people back home.
On top destination for tourists interested to buy gold and silver jewelry or traditional items there is Central Souq (10 minutes) and Gold Souq (15 minutes).
Also Rolla Mall is famous for its cheap prices of gold, watches but also electronics and clothes etc

- The booking price must be fully paid in advance by bank transfer in 24 hours from the booking.
- In case of cancelation any conversion or transfer fees will be deducted from the amount.
- Security Damage Deposit- 1000 AED (300 USD ) cash will be paid on check-in and refunded in full on check-out subject to an inspection of the property.
-We accept only US Dollars as a foreign exchange currency. Please make sure you have the exact amount required.
- Kindly present copy of your passport or local ID when checking in.

Cancel 31 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50%, 14 days charge 100%, No Show 100% charge

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
