Very well-situated tidy and peaceful large double room to let in a spacious ground floor apartment, in Fairhaven. Furnished with large fitted-wardrobes, double bed, desk, chest of drawers, TV and internet access. Large kitchen with seating area, bathroom with shower.
Two minutes' walk to Fairhaven lake, the beach, Ansdell and Fairhaven railway station, golf course and bus stops. Excellent transport system to get to surrounding area or further afield.
Close to a great selection of shops, restaurants and cafe's in this quaint friendly area. Plenty of parking in the surrounding area.

About the Area
Very well situated apartment in Ansdell , two minutes walk to the beach and Fairhaven lake which has a cafe, park, tennis courts, crazy golf, boats, ice cream shop, RSPB centre and a gift shop. People also bring their kayak's and paddleboards on the lake.
The golf course is close to the apartment and Ansdell has a great selection of shops everything you could need, even a float room centre if you fancy a pamper. There is a very nice cafe minutes away, in the evening there is a lovely malaysian restaurant and a couple of local eateries also in this quaint friendly area.
Excellent transport system in the area, Ansdell and Fairhaven train station is a two minute walk which can take you to the surrounding areas or further afield. The bus stop is also two minutes away also. A couple of minutes ride to Lytham centre which has many nice shops and eateries.
Lytham green hosts many events over the summer months and the historic windmill is a museum. Lowther gardens in Lytham has year round comedy and music shows some of the top names perform there, there is also lytham hall park a historic building and grounds which host many events.
St annes has the pier, a swimming pool, the beach, a park, a cinema, shops and eateries.

No visitors invited into the apartment, booked guests only.
Feel free to use the kitchen but clean up after yourself and no cooking or sitting in the kitchen after 10.30pm.
No smoking in the room, out the window or within the apartment grounds.
Please remove your shoes if dirty when entering the apartment.
No loud music.
Please be quiet when entering the flat so not to disturb the other neighbours and please do not go onto the floors above the apartment.
Please keep my home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

fabulous gem of a place . I’ve stayed in literally hundreds of places due to my work. Sam was an excellent host - friendly and very informative. The accommodation was amazing - very clean and everything you needed. I had full use of a very well equipped kitchen, a lovely shower room and my room was stunningly comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and a great selection on tv guide. There was lots of storage and was very cosy indeed. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Even the location was brilliant - local shops, takeaways, a beautiful beach and lake only minutes away. Thank you - I will def be back x

Samantha was a brilliant host. We had a breakdown just before arriving, Samantha kindly picked us up and took us to the apartment which we was very grateful for.. very friendly, helpful and approachable. Would highly recommend staying there again.

Samantha was a perfect host. She has a lovely home, very clean, tidy and comfortable, and we were made to feel very welcome. It’s in a great location, only a minute’s walking distance to the beach and Fairhaven lake and around half way between St Anne’s and Lytham. Highly recommended.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
