My two sons (20 & 11) and I live in the beautiful Lake District. Our flat is located directly at the Promenade, the centre of the village, It is a lovely modern 3 bedroom flat on the top floor with stunning views and airy rooms. A fully furnished room with view over Church Hill Road will be yours while you stay with us.
The entire flat can be available when we are away on holiday. It sleeps up to 9 people. This year I can offer the end of October and three weeks over Christmas, just email for further details.

Our flat is located at the Promenade, the centre of the tranquil seaside village.
All amenities like shops, pubs etc are directly in front of the house.
We are about a 5 min walk from the train station and the bus stops directly in front of the house.

Claudia was extremely hospitable and flexible in accommodating to my travel plans (even at short notice). The stay at her place was the highlight of my trip to England. The location is perfect and conveniently reachable from the station. I would return anytime. Thank you Claudia!

Great place to stay to explore the wider area, good transport links train or car, very peaceful, welcoming and helpful host Claudia was great has good knowledge of area and is well travelled, I'm happy I went to Arnside
Claudia give me some great advice on routes as I was on a cycling holiday, I loved it, I felt my fat bike was safe overnight, I had i great time as I remember what I did

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
