About the Area
Our house is centrally located in north Devon Barnstaple. Walking distance to town and bus station 10 mins, train station 20 mins, hospital 30 min walk!! 10 min drive! 25 mins to beaches, tarka trail for bikes!! Beautiful part of the world. Close to exmoor and there are national trust garden and rhss gardens nearby!!

Really enjoyed being with the family. They are very accommodating and were always kind and happy to help out whenever. Lovely family to stay with and would highly recommend. I will miss North Devon.

Vicki and her husband were both very welcoming; friendly and extremely helpful. The room was beautiful and a very comfortable double bed. Cereal breakfast and lovely coffee also available, unfortunately, i had to get back on the road, so didn't have time. I would most definitely book again soon and would highly recommended to anybody planning a trip to Barnstaple.

I had a lovely time at Vicky's and her family's home. They are a loving and genuine family and they will deffenitely make you feel at home. Kind of didn't want to leave in the end.. Totally recommended!

I was made to feel so welcome by Vicki and her lovely family from the moment I arrived. They were all very friendly and lovely to chat to. My room was clean and comfortable and the house is lovely and in a nice part of Barnstaple. Truly felt like my home away from home. Thanks so much guys.

The welcome and hospitality I received was first class and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. You could not ask for a more pleasant family with which to spend a few days.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
