About this space: Private room in flat hosted by Cristina
Private double bedroom, ensuite in a flat with private car parking. Owner lives in the apartment. Amazing views over Harbour Marina from your bedroom and Balcony. Large living room and kitchen shared. No TV in function while your stay.
You can have your Tea or Coffee in the Balcony overlooking the water and the Boats if weather permits, otherwise you can seat and relax in the living room sofa with the same beautiful view. In N.Ireland we do not have air conditioning as standard as our climate does not demand this, in summer can be warm.
The space
Beautiful double room, private ensuite, views over the water as shown on pictures, relaxing and quite atmosphere. Please note ,while your stay TV is not available. Owner lives in the apartment. Kitchen and living room will be shared with Owner. The room it is suitable for couples or singles who loves peace and quiet, they want to rest or visit the city.

Guest access
Guests have access to living room, balcony and kitchen where they can have breakfast in the morning. Tea/Cofee/Cereals/Milk included, please feel free to have your light breakfast when you wake up.
Also you can seat on balcony and admire the beautiful view over Belfast Harbour Marina. Please note TV is not available.
Other things to note
Please note shoes are not allowed in the bedroom, there is a space designed for shoes.

Very close to city centre 15 min walk across the foot bridge or 5 min drive.
Titanic museum and SSE arena few minutes walk.

She is very kind and helpful. We enjoy in her house. Clean, tydi , near the beach..... Great. Just arrived she offered Tea and coffee. Warm welcome. In a future we will like to come back there. Thanks Christina. Good luck

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
