Welcome to my home! We are situated 9 miles miles from the city centre of Birmingham .Quiet area, Beautiful countryside within a few mins walk, and buses to birmingham city centre 5-to 10 mins walk. Buses take about 35 mins to the city centre, there is also a train station. trains take 20 mins to birmingham city centre
We are a 35 minute drive from Birmingham International Airport, 25 minute drive from Birmingham New street station where trains take you around the UK - a train to London takes 1 hour and 20 minutes. Taxis are easy and value for money in our area.
We have a laundry room with top of the range appliances.
The room rate includes the following services: regular room cleaning, TV and internet access.
Additional available services at an extra charge (payable directly to your host on arrival):
Charge for washing machine usage: £5.00 GBP per machine load - discount for long stay guests.
Minimum stay 3 nights , and balance paid on arrival or prior via paypal or bank transfer

About the Area
My house is on the outskirts of birmingham, within walking distance of the beautiful Licky Hills. 5-10 mins to the bus top. Bus takes approx 30 mins into Birmingham city centre. Nearest Train station is Longbridge. Trans take 20 Mins in to Birmingham City Centre

House Rules
I ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 11pm weekends and 10pm weekdays.
All hot meals should be eaten in the kitchen where you are welcome to all our facilities.
No guests are to invite friends back to the home except with prior permission from us.
Smoking is only allowed in the Garden Patio
Smoking is not allowed.

J'ai passé 2 mois exceptionnels dans cette famille . De très bonnes relations avec tous les membres de la famille. Les repas étaient très variés. Je vous conseille vivement d'être hébergé chez eux pour un séjour à Birmingham.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
