Two bedroom house near main bus and train lines to city centre and all amusements. Sharing with me, I speak English a little French and Farsi. I love traveling and DIYs.
I've been hosting since 2013 and welcome students and professionals.
I'm happy to have long and short term stay but if you're staying long term please contact me before booking. My long term stays get booking discount however I'd ask for a security deposit which will be returned to you when you move out and a fee for lock change.

The house is located in North of Birmingham. It's a very quiet and safe area.
There are lots of shops and eating places within the walking distance from the house.
Bus and train station is 5 minutes away and you can get a direct bus or train to the city centre or close by cities.

- Clean after yourself
- If you come home late at night be considerate of the other people.
- Checking in is after 6pm. Checking out is before 9am unless we decide otherwise.
- Dry the shower cube with a squeegee after each use.
- No outdoor shoes to be worn in the house.
- We have a peaceful relaxing home so ask no loud music or excessive noise after 10pm.
- As this is a family home we ask that no guests or strangers enter our home without prior discussion and agreement with the host. No parties or events.

- Please be careful to close all windows and lock the front door when leaving the house for all our safety

Azi is an amazing person, I had an extremely comfortable stay. I in fact enjoyed it, she’s very helpful, incredible human being. Whenever I’m in Birmingham next time, I’ll definitely stay at her place, she’s also got two cute cats, I love them :)

The experience was terrible. The home is tottaly untidy and dirty. It stinks of cat's piss, and the dishes are never clean. You can find bed bugs in your bed! The wifi is really bad and it's very difficult to go there from the city center.
They do not like the presence of other people in their home and are not at all friendly, they just let people coming because they need money. Be careful, don't trust them, they stole money from me.
The place is the worst city in Birmingham.

The host was friendly and helpful. The room is extremely spacious and home very trendy decorated. The house was not as clean and quiet as I expected.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
