We are a wife and hubby with both our lads now away at University, Hence the spare rooms! We have two rooms on offer. The first is a large size single room. The second is a single bed size room. Both rooms have a study desk, TV, wifi, lamps, storage area and both rooms overlook the south facing garden. We are in Harborne, a 15 min walk to Queen E Hospital, B'ham University and a 20 min bus ride to Aston University. We also travel ourselves so sometimes you would be home alone but we want you to feel at home here.

About the Area
Our house is located in Harborne. We have great bus routes to the City Centre and New Street Station. We are only a 10 minute walk away from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham University and a 20 minute bus ride to Aston University. You can access theatre, cinemas, sports fitness centres all within 20 minutes. Harborne high street has a mix of individual shops and is great for cafes and dining.

Tony and cherry are a great family. They are very helpful and deal in a quite friendly manner.
I was free to use all her house facilities. Her home is well furnished, all equipments required for your stay are there with a lovely garden. The house is comfy and noise-free.
The location of her home was great. It was close to queen elizabeth hospital and Birmingham university. It is extremely suitable place for those who aim at these places. Just a walking distance.
Also the house was close to supermarkets and bus stations. You can reach city center in 15 min by bus.
I totally recommend cherry's family to stay with.

Cherry and Tony are super nice couple, they have a lovely home and will always are willing to communicate with you. During my one month stay, Tony is very considered person and try not to bother me (because I was focusing on my project). I will highly recommend this place and thank you for everything.

I have spent 9 days in this house. The house is really good, comfortable, and convenience. You can go to food shop and supermarket within 2 minutes walking. Cherry and Tony is very kind person. Overall, I had a great time in this lovely house. Highly recommended

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
