My partner and I live in a three bed home in the Town center of Bodmin in Cornwall, we have two loving dogs and two cats, our childen live away from home,
We have a large garden, we have bicycles, which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay, At cardinham forest there are top mountain bike trails free to use ,there is a selection of bars and coffee shops in town, an old jail house and also the camel trail cycle network is 3 minutes away, also cornwalls premier steam railway which you could enjoy a ride on
There is a forest near by where we take the dogs there on long walks,
our home is a very old large chapel with my daughters shop at the front, she runs the shop as a bridal accessories , it is all her own Designs.

About the Area
our home is located at the top end of bodmin high street oposite there is a family pub/ that serves breakfast and lunches and evening meals at very competetive prices various shops and caffes , a sports bar just down the road with snooker/pool darts and 6 tvs to watch sport on , a swimming complex a short ride on a bus or 20 minute walk away,
bodmin is located in lovly rural location and is surrounded by walks and cycle rides, and plenty of large supermarkets and grocerie stores , we are well served with transport links the train station being a 5 minute drive away and bus stops all over bodmin,

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
