Large, light, and airy room with beautiful sea views across Bournemouth Bay. The flat is very centrally-located but in a quiet conservation area, and it's easy to walk to the centre (5 minutes) and Bournemouth's award-winning beaches.
The room rate includes the following services: breakfast, weekly cleaning, weekly bed-changing, and wifi internet. While here you have full access to the kitchen and washing machine. You can enjoy beautiful views of the sea from your bed with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning, and in the summer, you can enjoy your breakfast al fresco on the balcony, and watch the evening firework shows with a glass of wine - you'll have the best seats in town.
I'm very friendly and I love meeting new people from all over the world - I have previous experience hosting students (there are a lot of language schools nearby) and I also speak French, for any Francophone visitors. I am a CELTA-qualified English language teacher, so if desired we could include some lessons (at extra cost). I offer reduced rates for longer stays if you're here to study. About the Area
The area is quiet but very central (0.5km from Bournemouth Square), only 5 minutes walk into the centre of Bournemouth and the Square's central bus hub (serving Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, and all surrounding areas e.g. the Jurassic Coast), and a 15-minute walk to the main seafront. In the other direction, it's a 10-minute walk to Bournemouth Travel Interchange (bus, national coach, and train), and the airport is only a 15-minute drive.
You'll have no problems finding the apartment block, but I will of course be available to help with directions. As I'm so close to the Travel Interchange I could even (work hours permitting) collect you.

- If you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.
- You have your own key, so there are no limits on what time you come back, as long as you are quiet and respect other people who live within the block.

Liz has a wonderful accommodation in a perfect location. The flat is amazing, very spacious and light. You can enjoy not only a sea view but also squirrels jumping on the pine trees while you're having your breakfast. All the shops are just 5 mins walk, 10 mins walk to the most popular seaside in the UK. Very good accommodation with a very friendly and welcoming host.

Liz's apartment is very close to the main centre and the beach. Very friendly host and comfortable room. I will definitely stay with her when I go to Bournemouth again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
