Not the best. I think she tried but the stay became uncomfortable and accusatory and unacceptable. My before final stay in this Bournemouth flat before returning to the continent.

Gillian was a great hostess, and the environment she preserved in the house was relaxed and comfortable. Also, the location of the house is right next to the main road so the transportation to places like Bournemouth center, the universities, Winton and Charminster is no so bad

Gillian is a warm, outgoing, sometimes funny and very friendly lady.
The double bed is huge (for England :) as well as the room. Charminster is great, colorful and not boring at all. Great public transport available.

Gillian is a very nice person and my room looked really beautiful. I enjoyed it. Sadly, it was sometimes very loud in the night because Gillian sang or talked very loud and so I couldn't sleep well.
I can recommend the room but if you need a lot of sleep like I do, you should look for an other oneHost reply
Glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortuanately the walls are very thin and although I try to make it as quiet as possible for guests there may be times this is not possible. Yes if it's silence you are looking for then you can rent an apartment for twice the price where you are guatenteed complete silence. You banging the door every morning was not ideal either so it's all about a little five and take. I wish you well for the future

My Stay with Gillian was excellent. She is very kind and friendly. I had my own privacy at her home. I will certainly stay with her the next time I am there and if she is available.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
