My lovely home is very well located and only a short 20min walk through Bournemouth gardens to the centre and less than 10min walk to Westbourne village where there are shops and restaurants.
The flat is large with a modern feel to it. It gets plenty of sunshine during the day and in your room you will get the sun in the morning, but the dark blinds will keep it out whilst you are sleeping.
The room has a king size bed with a new mattress. and a wardrobe with separate chest of drawers. You will have private access to a bathroom just outside of the bedroom.
I live with my boyfriend who works shifts and I work normal Monday to Friday 9 - 6pm. We are both active and tend to go to the gym in the evenings, but would then relax at home in the evenings.
The flat has a large kitchen with all the appliances that you are welcome to use. The dining room overlooks Bournemouth gardens and is lovely just to sit and read a book. The lounge is also a good size and it has access to a balcony which takes you outside.

Westbourne is a very vibrant place with restaurants and bars. Just a short 20 minute walk to the beach or Bournemouth town centre.

House Rules
To keep the flat tidy and clean up in the kitchen when you have used the facilities. I will have a cleaner come in to clean the entire flat once a week and also change your linen.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
