Family cosy home, includes 2 bathrooms, so its very rare the second bathroom with shower is used by anyone else apart from the guest. 2 miles on a single main rd to town, with lots of restaurants and bars on route, very cosmopolitan and all walks of life. We have beautiful clean beaches 2 miles away and the famous Sandbanks 3 miles away.
We have stunning nature places both of natural and historic beauty to visit nearby and The New Forest is only 20 miles down the road. For you keen golfers we have Queens Park golf course 2 minutes away !.
I love my home and everyone says it is very homely, and its very new, but with lots of character and the bedrooms have large windows and high ceilings. The bedroom has a fridge, microwave, kettle and teas and coffees.
The garden has a large table and chairs, and a sofa and chairs. A continental breakfast is served in the dining area looking out onto the garden.

About the Area
My Flat is just 2 miles from the town center, but on route 5 mins walk away, there are many bars and restaurants in a very cosmopolitan area. We have a couple of children parks near by and a busy shopping retail park 5 mins away by car. We have a busy local pub 2 mins down the hill with a beer garden and live music on friday and Sat nights. The bus stop is only a minutes walk and runs every 10 mins. The local library is also 10 minutes walk. The airport is less than 10 mins drive.
We have awarding winning beautiful beaches 3.1 mile away and the famous Sandbanks and the gorgeous Mudeford Spit, where you can rent beach huts to sleep in, and access only by foot , noddy train or the ferry. along with the beautiful walks around Throop Mill , 1.7 miles away.

Please keep our home secure by closing doors properly on way out.
Please do not adjust heating yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you.
keep noise to a minimum after 11pm please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home, if you would like to invite a friend over, just agree it with me in advance.
Please pay your balance on arrival. and please vacate the room by 10.30am day of departure, in order for me to get the room ready for my next guests, No use of kitchen. However there is a fridge, microwave and kettle with teas and coffees in room.

Paula was absolutely lovely and friendly woman, she was worried all the time in our wellbeing during the stay.

Paula is the lovelyest woman I have ever met! Her house is beautiful, nice clean everywhere, to sleep on the king size bed was fantastic. The area is peaceful, I warmly recommend for everybody. Marianne
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
