I have the beauty of living with woods and the downs within walking distance as well as the hustle and bustle of Cosmopolitan Brighton, which is full of quirky shops restaurants the Pier and mot of all the sea.
My home has 4 bedrooms and i can let 2 out. They are large and airy, with double bed wardrobe space chest of draws desk and shelfs. i supply all the bed linen and towels. There is also a small garden.
I am a widow and live with my elderly dog. You can have use of the kitchen which has washing machine dishwasher and micro wave, as well as a fridge freezer.
There is easy access to Brighton via a 15 minuet bus ride to the centre of Brighton and the main railway station to London. A trip to London is only 55 minuets by train. You can also walk into Brighton as it is not far and you pass a lot of interesting shops.

About the Area
My house is situated in a quiet residential area where there are lots of amenities, we are 2 minuets from the bus stop which will take you into Brighton or University of Sussex or University o Brighton. The buses are very frequent, but it is just as easy to walk it would take about 20 minuets.
I live near a park and a wood which is lovely if you want a nice walk and take in the scenery
In Brighton you will be spoilt for choice for coffee shops. cafe's restaurant pubs and cinemas.
Brighton is buzzing with activity with live music events at some venues and other students. You also have the sea and the Pier which is a famous land mark having been built around 100 years ago. Along with the Royal Pavilion which is famous and really beautiful inside.

Carol is a friendly person and I've had a good stay in her home. The room is very big and comfortable and if you need anything Carol is always pleased to help you. The family dog is very funny, calm and sleeps a lot :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
