We live in leafy suburb of Brighton and Hove, adjacent to a village green and opposite a lovely park. Despite being a little further out from the city we live really close to good transport links. We are on the No. 1 Bus route which takes you direct to Hove/Brighton/Kemp Town/Marina and walking distance to 2 mainline stations. Local amenities are great and there are some lovely pubs within walking distance.
Our home is spacious and we try to keep it tidy, And recently renovated.We have a large west facing garden which guests can enjoy, alternatively we are minutes from beautiful green spaces.
Sara is 40 and enjoys sports, socialising, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, travel, television, gardening, and nature. She speaks English
Lucy is 40. She speaks English and Spanish and enjoys socialising, cooking, music, gigs, festivals, learning foreign languages, travel, television, and nature.
We have a 4year old son William who sleeps well at night but is full of enrgy in the day!
We also have 2 large dogs, they are friendly and house trained.

I only spent a short holiday in Brighton this time, but I would definitely recommend Sarah and Lucy's . They are sweet, welcoming and caring hosts, whose house is very neat and ideally located in a quiet area close to the city center. I'll most willingly go again. Thank you!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
