If I could rate my experience with more than 5 hearts, I would! Staying with Margaret and Alan was the best decision I made when I moved to Brighton. I stayed with them for almost 3 months and it felt like being at home. They are always around for a funny lovely chat or for any advice, but they also let you have your own space so that you can feel comfortable. The house is cosy and there's everything you need for your stay.
If I ever come back to Brighton, I know where I'll stay.
Thank you for everything, see you again soon I hope! xxJune 2023
I couldn’t have wished for a better stay in Brighton. Maggie and Alan were nothing but kind and helpful and I enjoyed all the time I got to spend with them. They were always quick to give advice when needed and answered any questions I had. The location is amazing and the house is in a really quiet and calm area with a nice view. The bus stops are very close, which is practical. The room is spacious and has everything you need in it. I absolutely loved my stay here and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I really loved to live at that house. Maggie and Alan are very kind, patient and willing to help you out with information all the time. They helped me to improve my English. They always had helpful tips where I could go, which bus app to get for the way to it and which ticket is the most helpful. They are really fair and friendly. I had may questions and git many answers and had nice talks with them. I was allowed to use the kitchen, make my laundry there and to sit in their sweet little garden. The house is clean. I booked a sweet tiny room, that had everything I needed for my 3 months internship. I had a desk, a bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, a TV and a nightstand. I was really pleased with my accomodation and this house was my home for 3 months. If I go to Brighton again, I hope this house isn't fully booked in this time period.
Thanks for everything.
Sincerely

I don’t even know where to start. First of all, Maggie and Alan are such lovely and welcoming hosts and they really made their house feel like a home away from home for me. They are very sociable and communicative, which really helped me to improve my English skills, but they will also let you do your own thing. My room, as well as the house in general were both really clean and spacious. The bus stop is only about a two-minute walk away from the house and the bus connections to the city centre, as well as to the pier are great.
To summarise, I couldn’t have wished for a better host family in Brighton and I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything and hopefully I can come back in the future.

I spent three weeks with Maggie and Allan! It was really a joy to spend time with them! They are very kind and welcoming! I felt very comfortable in their home. They were very patient with me when I didn't understand English very well and corrected me when I was wrong. If I had any questions about Brighton, they were there to advise me. If I come back to Brighton, I would love to come back to them. Don't hesitate! You can trust them completely and you will feel comfortable with them straight away. Thank you for everything! I am very grateful for the time we spent together.

Thank you for lovely 5 months! It was first place I spent a time in Europe, so I was so nervous and wasn’t confident to speak English at the first time. But they looked after me and spoke in easy-to-understand English, which helped me to stay calm. And their relatives and the girl they lived with were very nice too. Also, the house was very clean and cosy. All are very good memories. My English has improved a lot during this stay and I wish I could have spoken more. I will study more and come back again!
