I would love to welcome you to my home in Kingswood. I have had the privilege of some amazing guests and it has been a pleasure to serve so many wonderful people.
I have one fully furnished double room available with built in wardrobe, desk, storage, bedding. There is no extra costs for the use of the kitchen facilities and equipment.
Sophia enjoys cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, reading, socialising, travel, television, nature, board games, and theatre. She speaks English.
In my home there is a real heart for people where you can be comfortable and feel at home as you would with your family or good friends...you will also have the freedom of access to the living and dining space.
It is important that you read all the details before booking so that you are happy with your choice.

Cancellation Policy: If a guest arrives and decides to leave earlier than the departure date, only 50% of accommodation fees for the nights not spent will be refunded after 24 hours of the notice given.

About the Area
I am 4 miles away from the center of Bristol. When you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.
My flat is 30 seconds walk from the nearest bus stop that takes you into the city center (25 mins bus journey). There are also several other bus services that operate to and from the center and the bus stop is about 7 mins walk from my flat.

Meals

House Rules
Use the double-lock for the front door after entering and leaving the house.
Shoes are not allowed inside the apartment but guest are allowed to wear indoor slippers.
Ask your host to adjust the heating settings if required.
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
No eating of cooked meals in room.
Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the shared space, i.e., kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area
Please do not invite strangers into my home; if you would like to invite a friend / family, happy to agree with you in advance

I have recently relocated from Sheffield and I needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks until my flat was ready so I contacted Sophia. Sophia is a lovely woman and her home is very clean and inviting. I will be staying in contact with Sophia now I have moved out as I feel like I have made a friend from this experience

Sophie is a wonderful host- she welcomed me into her home and now we have become friends. She has a lovely, clean cosy flat, the bedroom is spacious and the bed is luxurious. There is super fast wifi available. I am new to Bristol and she's been so helpful by showing me around, taking me to places. It's been soooo fun hanging out with her! I've decided to extend my stay. Sophia is truly one of a kind.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
