Lovely room to rent in my Victorian terraced house on Banner Road in Montpelier. Room 1 has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and lamp.

You'd be sharing the house with me, I'm a mature lady, very sociable and I've been living in Bristol for the whole of my life. I also have grandchildren that visit from time time so children friendly is essential!

The room is very comfy with memory foam bed and is also quiet as its at the back of the house. Shared bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen Plus a medium sunny garden. It's twenty minute walk to temple meads or a quick cycle. There is street parking on our road. Cabot Circus is just round the corner and shops with a deli two minutes away.

I'm into music, cooking, eating out and enjoying all that Bristol has to offer. Would love to hear from you!

Pat is very nice and friendly. As we are both busy, we do not get the chance to chat a lot. However, the neighborhood is safe and also not far away from the center.

It is a very quite place, you will rest and sleep perfectly. Moreover, the house is well heated and close to the city centre. Also, the host will provide you everything that you may need.
