About the Homestay
We own our 3 bedroom bungalow on the outskirts of bristol in the bs4 area with transport a bus stop right outside the house taking you straight into the city centre of bristol. We do have 2 cats :) .We have 2 rooms both occupied with 2 single beds (not double ) .We can supply evening meals prior to arrangement if required at extra cost .We all get on as a family and welcome you to join us and experience Bristol.

Quiet location , room has t.v ,shared shower and toilet room (always clean).Please after midnight noise to the minimum, STRICTLY NO VISITORS ENTER THE HOME ! Any other questions feel free to ask :)We do supply washing facility £5 wash and free internet access.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
They are a lovely couple, very kind and accommodating! The room was spotless and spacious and we were very happy to stay there, will stay again and recommend to others!

Steve and Carol are a very welcoming, friendly and fun couple. We really enjoyed our staying in their house and appreciated their company. We always had the kitchen and conservatory at our disposal and it was relaxing sitting in the garden for a chat together. There is a very efficient bus service in Bristol and a bus stop just in front of their house, so you can reach the city centre very easily at any time. We will never forget our time there.
Steve and Carol made us feel really welcome. The room is large and the beds comfortable. My daughter loved the cats who are very friendly. Great stay and lovely hosts.
It was refresshing to stay with Steve & Carol, not forgetting Dave. They are all nice people and welcoming with it. I would recomend them to all your customers. I really fealt at home staying their. Well done to you both.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
