About the Homestay
We live in a large four bedroom Victorian home, I work from home and my partner is away at University. The guest rooms are spacious, both have a large vanity sink units, a desk and chair, built in wardrobes, comfortable chairs and use of a private bathroom only used by guests (shared with one other guest room).
Self service light breakfast consisting of toast, cereals, fruit juice, tea and coffee is available at no extra charge.
You can park your car any time at the rear of the property on my drive, or free at the front subject to the various restrictions.
There is a beautiful south facing garden and off street parking at the rear of property. The bus stop is 10 meters away which will take you to the City Centre in around 10 minutes. Shops large and small, park, pubs, fast food, bowling and cinema are all very close by.

Our home is located in Brislington, close to shops large and small, 10 meters from a bus stop, 7 fast food outlets, a multi screen cinema, bowling alley with amusements, 1 mile from Temple Meads train station and apx 25 mins by bus from Bristol airport.

Check in is between 2pm and 11pm, check out is by 11am. Alternative times can usually be accepted with prior notice.
Any under 18's must stay with a guardian unless by prior arrangement. Smoking is strictly in the garden only.
Passports or photo proof of i.d. must be presented on your arrival.
You are welcome to use the kitchen at breakfast time and any time to make tea or coffee, apart from this unfortunately it is not available.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Jon made us very welcome and the facilities were very clean. The location is ideal for catching the bus into the city with a handy pub serving food across the road. We'll certainly try to book again when we next want to visit Bristol. Many thanks.

A quiet place to stay-
Jon est un hôte à l'écoute de ses invités et très accueillant. Malgré mon faible niveau d'anglais nous avons pu communiquer sans problème. Ses conseils pour visiter BRISTOL et la région nous ont été très utiles. Hébergement propre, rien à redire. Nous le recommandons.

Das Zimmer bietet genug platz und es ist,wie im ganzen Haus, sehr sauber.
