Friendly welcoming and multilingual small family lives in a modern, clean, luxury and quite big house, looking to host a student or professional - female preferred- on a short or long stay basis.
Room1: Double en-suite; The room is double, big and very bright that has its own private bathroom and a very comfy bed. Desk and closet included.
Room2: Single en-suite; bright with lots of sun in, has its own bathroom, comfy bed with desk and closet.
Light complimentary breakfast is included with both rooms.
A Hot nice dinner can be served on request at a little extra cost.
The house is ideally located within a walking/cycling distance -2.5 miles - of Addenbrooks hospital, 2.4 miles of cambridge city centre, and 2.2 miles to Cambridge station. The bus station is 2 minute away, with busses every ten minutes to cambridge city centre and other parts of the city.

About the Area
Our house is located in the south side of the city in a quiet and very well served area with all amenities and parks within a walking distance. The house is within a walking/ cycling distance to the centre of the city, language schools and the hospital. Bus station only 2 minute away from the house, with a bus arriving every ten minutes and lots of busses options. My husband and myself hold DBS check and safe guarding training. Hot dinner included.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
