Extensive family home in a quiet location with three bathrooms (one en-suite), a large garden with patio and wireless internet.
The property is a five minute walk to the local train station and a ten minute walk to the town centre. It is also on the main bus route to the town centre, the town's main train station and Essex University.

What can I say Mandy is amazing a really beautiful lady with an amazing zest for life and her guests.
Never a dull moment and such a home from home vibe from a lady who really enjoys hosting for people of all walks of life.
Mandys house is a large house in a quiet area of Colchester and only a short walk from the town centre less that 15 minutes away
From start to finish of my visit Mandy made me feel part of the family and although she works full time made sure she had time for all her guest.
All in all a great time at a great home with a great lady cant wait to see Mandy againMANDY YOU ARE A STAR many many thanks xxxxxx

I have lived with the host Mandy for 1 week in order to prepare my private flat in Colchester. It is impossible to describe how lovely, kind, generous, social, polite, great, nice and gentle the host Mandy is. I am so lucky that I lived with her and have Mandy as a great person in my life.
Everything in the house is nice and wide, the rooms, the dinning room, the kitchen and the garden.
You can live with different host families in different areas. However, you will never feel as your home except when you live with the lovely Mandy.
I do encourage anyone live with Mandy without thinking.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
