My house in centrally located in the heart of CROYDON and I welcome you to stay! I enjoy socialising and nature and have 1 Single and 3 Doubles room with Desk and Lamp, Closet / Wardrobe, Fridge, Mirror, Hair-dryer, Radio, and TV.)

Catyah is 67. She speaks English and French and enjoys socialising, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, learning foreign languages, travel, gardening, nature, fashion design, theatre, and opera
John is 75 and enjoys cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, reading, travel, learning foreign languages, television, gardening, nature, and theatre. He speaks English and French

We are 12.9 ml away from the center of CROYDON. When you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.

Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Washing if possible to be done on Sundays between 9- 5 pm otherwise minimal charge will apply.

we enjoyed the stay, nice place, good price and near to tramlink and bus stop.
We will be back in November for the third time.September 2014
My room, separate from the house, had some things a bit abandoned: the toaster was half broken, the toilet lid too... There was not dryer hair. In the access to the house there were containers full of garbage not emptied.
You need the tram for everything.I can't talk about the owners because they not were in the house. There was a relative who gave access to the place..

I stayed at cathya's home for 15 days. she is very kind, and if you have anything problem, she always help you ! Croydon is a shop city in the south of London ,the transports for arrive at the city are very efficients( tram link for the city and national rail or underground for reach the city of London )

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
