I live in a newly built town house with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, one with balcony, bath and double shower, 2 WC, Large kitchen and garden.
My home is within walking distance of restuarants and shopping centre. 5 mins walking distance from bus stop, health facilities and local shops. 10 mins drive from train stations East and West Croydon for travel to west end, city, Gatwick Airport and express bus to Heathrow.
I am a single mother with an outgoing personality who enjoys meeting people and learning about their cultural back-ground. I listen to a wide range of music and enjoy visiting museums, walking in the park and travelling.

About the Area
Our house is located in a cul-de-sac which is quiet but vety close to all necessary facilities. Bus, trains, restuarants, local shops, shopping centre, health facilities, library.
5 mins walk to bus stop for travel to and from west end and city, with choice of 6 buses. In addition, express bus to Heathrow, East Croydon trains to Gatwick and London Bridge. West Croydon train station and tram service to Wimbledon all just 10 mins drive from my home.

House Rules
No smoking. No excessive noise, especially after 7 pm. Please do not wear outdoor shoes in the house. No visitors without permission and no one is allowed to stay later than 11.00 pm. Please ensure that front door is locked when leaving or entering the house. Use of kitchen is allowed but please clean up properly after each use. Leave bathroom clean at all times.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
