A bright and airy double room in a 4th floor, new build apartment with lovely views of the Peak District but close to Manchester city centre. Guests can enjoy a comfy double bed and TV in their room along with the convenience of their own private full bathroom. The apartment is furnished with modern facilities throughout.
There is free, secure underground parking. A 3 minute walk to the local tram stop will take you to the city centre in 20 minutes.
Tea, coffee, towels, showering essentials included.
The place will be thoroughly cleaned before your stay. Hand sanitizer and anti-bac wipes will also be provided in your room.
There is a full bathroom which you have private use of. Towels and all other showering/bathing essentials will be provided. Hairdryer can be found in your bedroom.
The kitchen/living/dining area are free for you to use anytime. Please make yourself at home.
The building is very secure with fob and key access.

About the Area
Droylsden is well equipped for a short or long stay. Within a few minutes walk you can find a selection of shops for everyday essentials including a big Tesco. There are some lovely restaurants including an Italian and Carribbean. A couple of gin/wine bars have popped up recently serving a lovely selection of drinks.
The tram and bus stops are just a 3 minute walk away taking you directly into Manchester City Centre in around 20 minutes.
If you fancy a walk in the Peak District there are some lovely walks just a little over half an hour drive away.
Droylsden offers a great base for the best of both worlds - the countryside and urban living.

Meals

Claudia is an amazing host, very kind, polite and so welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, wouldn't stay anywhere else. Such a great and beautiful place too, bright, clean and tidy. Access to everything you'd need. Great location too. Thank you for the stay Claudia.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
